Stonegrove Community Hall

Working in collaboration with Jestico + Whiles meld were commissioned to design the new Community Hall for the Stonegrove and Spur Road Estate’s regeneration being masterplanned by Sprunt Ltd in Barnet. Situated in the heart of the new development on the north side of the main public square it will accommodate a range of spaces for use by the community’s youth club, resident social groups, over 50’s club and so on. The building’s form and materials are intended to establish an appropriate presence to the public square and surrounding buildings combined with a more intimately scaled courtyard, responding to key views to and from the site.
